Honey Lemon CBD Cake!

CBD Lemon Honey Bundt Cake!

So easy and delicious!

A POPULAR TREAT AT OUR MARKETS

 

Ingredients:

1 (18.25 ounce) box lemon or vanilla cake mix

1 (3.4 ounce) vanilla flavor instant pudding mix

1 (8 ounce) container of vanilla yogurt

3 eggs

1/3 cup oil

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Beat at low speed to blend, and then on medium for 2 minutes.

 

Pour batter into a greased, floured Bundt pan (12 cup capacity)

Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until the tester comes out clean.

Cool cake in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto platter. Complete cooling and spoon the CBD honey lemon CBD glaze (recipe below)

 

 

CBD Honey lemon glaze

¼ cup CBD honey (see directions on website)

2 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon butter

Put all ingredients in a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil,  stirring constantly.

Boil gently for one minute.

Remove from heat. Let cool for several minutes and then spoon over the cake.
