Everyone knows I love gardening, but I also love cooking with all the bounty of my garden. The window between Halloween and February is one of my favorite times because the decreased gardening chores allow me more time to play in my kitchen!


And of course, Christmas cookies are part of the fun in December!


I have included two recipes for CBD Christmas cookies, which are fun to make and healthful …. Just be sure you tell everyone what the secret ingredient is before they try them!

 ***A couple of basic tips.

*** CBD can be added to any recipe that bakes at 350 degrees or less.  Remember, high heat can reduce the effectiveness of CBD.



Canabutter is butter with CBD infused in it from Hemp. (Bay Mountain AG has hemp and directions for how to do this. Contact us.)  A short cut is to add a CBD tincture oil to the butter or melt butter in your crock with the hemp buds at 150 degrees for three hours, and then strain out the plant material.


EASY CBD Infused Sugar Cookies

(Makes 48 cookies)

 2 ¾ cup flour

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon baking powder

1 ½ cups white sugar

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup softened cannabutter (or butter with CBD tincture to add to desired strength)


Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


In a small mixing bowl, add the dry ingredients (baking soda, flour, baking powder)

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the cannabutter/butter and sugar until smooth.

Add egg and vanilla and beat well.

Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet until thoroughly combined.

Drop into two-inch spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Leave 2 inches between cookies for expansion. 


Bake 8-10 minutes or until they’re light and golden.





No Bake Cookies

Makes approx. 12 cookies.

Requires only 10 minutes of prep time.

Simple and delicious!


1 cup plus 2 tbsp of unsweetened shredded coconut.

6 tbsp nuts, chopped (we like cashews)

6 tbsp honey

3 tbsp coconut oil

6 tbsp cashew butter or peanut butter

60 mg Bay Mountain AG CBD Oil (use to desired strength)

Sea salt (to sprinkle on top)

1 1/2cup chocolate chips


Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Place shredded coconut, chopped nuts, nut butter, and CBD oil in small missing bowl.

Combine and microwave honey and coconut oil, mixing everything to combine.

Place chocolate chips in a small ramekin and microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between, until chocolate is melted.


Scoop cookies onto the lined baking sheet and drizzle with chocolate and sprinkle a little sea salt on top.

Place baking sheet if freezer for 10 minutes, or in frig for 45 minutes to set.

Store cookies in an airtight container in the frig.
